Report: Message volume by mailbox

Volume by mailbox is represented as a tabular report that lists the total number of messages received by every monitored mailbox. Message totals are further divided into messages from:

  • Verified senders

  • Unverified senders

  • Unknown senders

There is a row for each mailbox-policy combination. For example, if are included in Policy A for a segment of a selected period of time and then included in Policy B for the remainder of the selected time range, then the report lists a row with message totals for while on Policy A, as well as a row with message totals for while on Policy B.

The following filters are available for this report:

Filter

Description

Search

Limits the number of rows that are listed for domains that match the search criteria

Date

Limits the rows that are returned to the selected time range

Domain status

Limits the rows that are listed, as well as the total number of messages, based on the status that you selected.

Note

You can select multiple statuses to list rows that match any status that you selected.

Primary Action Taken

Limits the rows that are listed, as well as the message totals, to the selected policy.

Note

You can select multiple policies to list rows that match any one policy.
