Report: Message volume by domain
Volume by domain is represented in a tabular report that includes the total number of messages sent by every sending domain. Message totals are further divided into messages from:
Verified sending domains, messages from unverified sending domains, and messages from senders where the domains is in review;
Verified contacts and messages from unverified contacts.
There is a row for each domain-status combination. So, for instance, if the sender valimail.com was In Review for some part of the selected time range and Verified for the remainder of the selected time range, the report will show a row with message totals for valimail.com while on status In Review, and also a row with message totals for valimail.com while on status Verified. The Last active date field shows the latest day on which a message was received from a domain-status combination.

Date | Limits the rows that are returned to the selected time range |
Domain status | Limits the rows that are listed, as well as the total number of messages, based on the status that you selected. NoteYou can select multiple statuses to list rows that match any status that you selected. |
Primary Action Taken | Limits the rows that are listed, as well as the message totals, to the selected policy. NoteYou can select multiple policies to list rows that match any one policy. |
