About Managing Accounts
An account owner, also referred to as an Admin user, can manage account and user settings in the Account Settings dialog box.
About the Account Name for a Company
An Admin user can edit the name of an account on the Account Settings page.
About Two-Factor Authentication
An Admin user can require users who want to log in to use a recommended security feature of two-factor authentication. Two-factor authentication, also known as two-step verification or multifactor authentication, is widely used to add a layer of security to online accounts. If you enable two-factor authentication, users are then required to type a code that has been sent to a specified phone number after successfully typing a password when logging into Defend.
About Single Sign-On
Defend is integrated with the Okta and OneLogin Single Sign-On (SSO) services. Instructions on how to set up Single Sign-On integration are available in the SSO Setup window.
About the Defend Connection to an Email Hosting Provider
An Admin user can connect Defend with an organization’s email system, such as Google's G Suite or Microsoft' Office 365, by using the Email hosting account.
